Kyle Floyd saved the day!!! I accidentally left my wife stranded at home, when leaving to go out of town. I mistakenly ended up with both sets of keys in my pocket and 4 hours away from home before I realized what I had done. My wife also had a very important appointment to go to that same day. Her appointment was to far away for her to reliably use Uber or lyft. I was also going to be gone for several days, and leaving my wife stranded was going to be a huge problem. I didn't know what to expect or if it was even possible to get a new key for my locked car in the same day, let alone when It's imperative for the whole process to be completed within 2 hours. I was desperate at willing to pay anything to fix this problem, if it was even possible to be fixed in the time limit I desperately needed. I called up Noble Locksmith in Austin at 8am in the morning and Kyle promptly answered the phone. This man drove an hour in traffic, made it to my apartment and provided my wife with a perfectly working spare key that matched the manufactures original 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Kyle was super kind and very responsive. He even helped my wife wrangle our cat back inside, when escaped out the front door as she was getting the key. Kyle obviously knows what he is doing and he can do it quick. The total cost for all his efforts, driving time and the new key? $229. Less than what the dealership would have given me a key for if I came to THEM under perfect conditions. I will always recommend Noble Locksmith to anyone in the Austin/RoundRock area. Thanks a lot Kyle! You were our hero that day!
